WM Centrifugal Separators

-Remove solids from  liquids of all kind.

-Through a new development of the inlet head configuration, very little differential pressure is caused by the WM Zentrifugal-Separator in order to achieve an efficient separation. Good results are already found using only 0,5 bar of differential pressure. Normally you would find that flow speeds resulting in pressure variances of 0,8-0,9 bar are necessary in order to reach the required separation levels.

This type of separator will lend itself very well to the separation of solid particles like sand, metals and grinding residues.

Should the risk of a blockage through sticky residues exist, we recommend the SHF version of the WM centrifugal-separator, in which a completely dismountable head design has been implemented. As a standard feature in all models you will find a hand hole opening for the inspection of the cleaning chamber.

The resulting sludge is periodically expelled. This can happen manually or fully automated. Complete installations with automated residue expellation and sludge collection technology is available.

Cost efficiency through the use of WM Centrifugal-Separators will mostly lend itself through the low investment level, the small space requirement and the minimal servicing needed, through the elimination of wear parts and the freedom of consumeables.

PULSE TUBE FILTERS by LFC

PTS Filters are vertical filters for higher volumes of wet or dry cake discharge and may also be used as dynamic thickeners or as polishing filters.

The special filter tubes are designed for optimum cake release.

The discharge is carried out by backwash or reverse air blow and can be fully automated.
